■ .MOP. KINS CLUB. . ' " " Saturday was not an ideal day for. playing tennis (writes our" Morrinsville correspondent), but as the local club had announced:the opening of the courts for that day a number'of members and, their friends, including many from neighbouring clubs, attended, and in spite of the wind enjoyed some pleasant games.. The president (Dr.- Seville), in ii short speech of welcome, declared the court duly open for the. season. Afternoon tea was provided by the ladies. It. has been suggested that I'ueVoa, Arolia. Waihou, Morrinsville, and Wailoa should, combine and '.; play inter-club matches. The suggestion has everything to commend it, and the railway eervice being suitable it is hoped that it will be carried into effect
