Wellington, Thursday. Two passengers from England by the Tongariro, which arrived this morning, were dealt with under the Immigration Restriction Act. One, an infirm man, was required to enter into a bond that he would not become a charge upon the State. The other, who suffers from tubercular disease, will be sent back to England at the shipping company's expense.
