[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Paeroa, Weduesday. At the Magistrate's Court to-day John Forrest was fined £1 and costs 7s for being on licensed promises, during the. currency of a. prohibition order. A prohibition order was issued by consent against a Maori named Watson.

At the half-yearly meeting of the Loyal Jubilee Lodge of Oddfellows, Bro. F. Shaw, deputy-provincial grandmaster, installed the officers as follows:—N.G., Bro. Parry; V.G., Bro. Sanderson; G.M., Bro.
