The actual yields per acre for 1906-7 are: Wheat, 27.18 bushels; oats, 31,83 ; barley, 31.08. v The following, are the details of the yields and the quantities in hand : — Wheat : The area for" threshing was 206,185 acres, and the total yield is computed at 5,605,252 bushels. The quantity of wheat and Hour returned on hand on October 51, 1906, was 3,125,500 bushels. The quantity of wheat and flour imported from November- 1. 1906, to February 28, 1907, was 37,012 bushels : a. total of 8,767,564 bushels. From'this has to be taken wheat and flour exported from November 1, 1906, to February 28, 1907, 19,300; bushels, and consumption for the same period of 1,880,000 bushels, leaving the amount available Cor all purposes on February 28, 1907, at 6,868,264'bu5he15.
