Robert W!.at% knocked at the door of a house occupied by a woman named Hussey. When the door was opened he ohol Hussey in the breast, tho bullet emerging at the armpit. Whatley afterwards asked if the woman was nearly dead, and, on getting an affirmative reply, blew out his own brains. The woman, * however, is progressing favourably.
