Perth, May 23. LAn injunction has been granted against three members of the Legislative Assembly and Senator Pearte, as members of the Timber Workers' Defence Association, restraining them from abetting ttho strike in the timber trade or Operating on.'the moneys of the Timber Workers' Defence Committee lying in the bank, except by leave of the Court. Senator Pearce states that the money was received from all sections of the community, and has been used 'in relieving the women and children suffering as the result of the strike.
