- HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. His Majesty's Theatre was well occupied last evening, i the-occasion being the MiX but one performance of "Jack Shannon." As, has been the case throughout the run of this piece, it was well received, Mr. Andrew Mack's impersonations especially giving pleasure. "Jack Shannon" will be played this evening again, while to-morrow night it will be "replaced by "Arrah-na-.Pogue,? the delightful Irish play written by die late Dion Boucicault. Mr. . Mack will appear as Shaun the Post, The revival of "Arrah-na-Poguo " to-morrow evening will doubtless prove of great interest to ail theatregoers, as Shaun the Post; is said to special opportunities to Mr. Mack, la referring to the presentation recently in "Wellington one of rive dailies remarks :--■ '." We thought we had seen 'Arrahriia-Pogue before, but we had not been aware of its possibilities until now. This afternoon Madame _ Arral give* an operatic concert pure and simple, the entire programme being drawn from the operatic field. In -response to many requests the gifted singer-has added to the programme the four selections from " Mignon " which were sung here during one of her, previous concerts. This is an opportunity to hear Madame Arral at her best in opera, and itshould not bo missed by music lovers. 1 ' OPERA HOUSE. ■ A crowded house greetedsFuller's Vaudeville Company last evening. Miss Pearl Livingstone sang " Thero's Always. Room for a Girl," and Mr. Bob Lloyd and Mr. Will Gilbert gave a number of eomic songs. Miss Amy Blackie and Mr. Will Diamond contributed ballads, and tho spectacular ,act, "The Robing of the Gods," was loudly applauded. The Quealys made their last appearance, and received a > cordial send-off. The Rose Sisters, \ Lucy Lavinia, Victor the Great, Shaw and Gilbert, and Val. Newton also appeared, while some fine living pictures were shown. OLYMPIA SKATING RINK. The Olympia Skating Rink, Coburg-street, was again well (, attended' at all , three sessions .yesterday. In' the evening there was a particularly good attendance. A ladies' egg and spoon race was run. ;•" The event resulted in a win for Miss McGarrigall, Miss Way being second, and Miss Belk third. To-morrow evening a boys''race will be held, . and . next Tuesday there will be an exhibition of fancy, and trick skating.
