MAORI LAND CASE.

,[by telegraph.—press association.] 4 Wellington, Monday. - Judgment in the case of Forster v. Wi Pei-e Estate Trust, of Gisbonie, was given on Saturday by Mr.-Justice Cooper. His Honor held that Mr. Forster had not been legally superseded in his office as trustee of the estate; and that ho must be reinstated. The statute/ governing the case was difficult to construe, and he would be glad to have : his judgment reviewed by the Court of Appeal.
