Reuter reports that; the rebels in, * Southern Morocco have invited the Sultan's brother., Muley Rafcd, to proclaim himself Sultan of South Morocco. y Meanwhile they have compelled him to release all prisoners in the gaols. All the Europeans . resident at Marakesh have been expelled from the town, and have been escorted to Soffi (?). It was reported a week ago that the who!* of Southern Morocco was in rebellion.
