The Times mentions in connection with the purchase of stores for the Australasian squadron, that the list of those purchased locally is to be revised from time -to time as new trades are developed in the country. Recently a deputation from, the Sydney Chamber of. Manufacturers waited on the Premier of New South Wales (Mr. Carruthers) and complained of the apparent neglect of the Australian sources of supply by the officers -of the)squadron.
