.; r< - [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRES3 ASSOCIATION.] Ashbttbton, Monday. At the Magistrate's Court to-day Henry Brown was committed for trial on a charge of forging a cheque for £11 ss, purporting to be signed by J. Brown, and uttering the same 'to W. J. Crooks, jhotelkeeper, Methvea.
