Blenheim, Saturday. The results of last week's egg-laying competition were 362, making a grand total of 95,993. The highest pens for the week were :Sowman (silver Wyandottes), 26 Brookes (white Leghorns), 21; Murphy (silver Wyandottes), 18. The leading pens to date arf as follows : — 1409 ; A. and. P.' Association. 1c97 ; Servo jean, 1236 ; Thomson, 1188 ; Marlborough Hotel, 1188: Brow Poultry Farm, 1183 (all while Leghorns); Murphy (silver Wyandottes), 1162.
