_ Miss M. E. Ran, of Papakura, was married' to Mr. Moses Flemming, of Waikino, at the Presbyterian Church, Papakura, on • Wednesday last. The Rev. J. B. Smellie officiated. The bride wore a white delaine dress, with veil and orange blossoms. Miss .Martha Ran attended as bridesmaid, and Mr. R. S. Flemming acted as best man.

An exchange of cures between the Rev. R. T. Matthews, 8.A., vicar of Wakatipu, and the Rev! Horace Packe, M.A., vicar of Holy Trinity, Suva (Fiji), has been arranged. Mr. Matthews and family hope to leave for. Suva in June next. Mr. Packe is - a graduate of the University of Oxford, a clergyman of wide experience, and in addition is an able musician. He built the fine . pipe organ now in Holy Trinity Church, . Suva.
