HONOURS FOR THE PREMIERS. London, May 8. Mr. Deakin has accepted an honorary benchership of Gray's Inn, and membership of the Middle Temple; also, the freedom of the cities of Manchester and Edinburgh, but declined a Privy Councillorßhip. Sir Joseph Ward has accepted the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws of Dublin University.
