A "TWO-UP" PROSECUTION.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS association.] Westport, Thursday. Five men were charged at the Magistrate'js Court with playing two-up in the open-air at midnight, at Burnett Face. The man who was holding the kip. was fined £5. The informations against the others were dismissed, as there was no direct evidence that they were playing the game as alleged.
