A very pretty wedding of special interest took place in the presence of a large congregation at ' , Pitt-street Methodist Church, Auckland, on May 6, when the Rev."A. J. Seambr/of the"Meth'odist Maori Mission, was married to Miss "Ida Marion Nisbet,, youngest daughter of Mrs. A. Nisbet, of Whangaroa. : The ceremony was performed by the Rev. George Bond, chairman .*6f . the {district,. .assisted by the. Revs.. James Wilson and S. Griffith. The bride, who was given away by her, brother, Mr. Charles Nisbet, of Mount Eden, was beautifully attired in a costume of cream silk crepe de chine, with bridal /veil and orange blossoms, and carried a shower bouquet. Her two nieces,, the Misses Nettie and Gertie Nisbet/ attended as bridesmaids. Mr. R. Clark .was present as best' man, and Mr. Allan Nisbet r a'S '"groortismani" 'The" service" was choral, Mr. Harold Light, presiding at the organ. After the ceremony Mrs. Nisbet entertained a large number of guests at a reception in.the church parlour.
