(by TELEGRAPH.— association.] Wellington, Wednesday. '.'.'. An application to strike off the rolls of soli* titers, Henry Straiten Izard, formerly of Grey town, who is undergoing a sentence for embezzling trust moneys, was before Mr. j Justice Cooper to-day, and a rue nisi was j made, Izard is now suspended, and the Court being of opinion that the rule should be made absolute, the Court of Appeal is to be moved to that end at its next sittings.
