Willis, on the charge of conspiracy in regard to land transactions, was continued to-day. The judge delivered an exhaustive sum-ming-up, which occupied 17 hours,;: and finally declared it was oath against' oath, Crick against Close. The jury retired at five o'clock. - * ..
