Amoxgst the bowling matches played on Saturday were the finals of the pennant match anil the final of the invitation pairs. Both those games were played on th<» Auckland green. Tiie pennant match »a= won by the two teams representing Carlton, who beat th« Onehunga representatives after interesting games. There was a large attendance at the Onehunga green on Saturday, to witness the final of the first -year players' tourney between Auckland and Onehunga. After a, keenly-contested game the honours went to the latter by 20 to 13. Rocky Nook a/;ted as runners-up. Owing to the Auckland team having to finish a game left over from Tuesday, the final was much delayed. It accordingly did not finish until late, and in a bad light.
