Wellington*, Friday. The Government has decided, under section 9 of the Post Office Act amendment of last session, that no postal packet ad dressed to the folic.wing shall be either registered, forwarded, or delivered by the Post Office of New Zealand:—Freeman and Wallace, Sydney and Melbourne; Howard Freeman, Sydney and Melbourne; Dr Wallace, Sydney and Melbourne Dr. White, Sydney and Melbourne; Dr. T. Bell, Sydney and Melbourne; the secretary, the Freeman and Wallace Institute, corner Elizabeth and Bathurst Streets. Sydney and Melbourne; the Electric Medical and Surgical Institute, corner Elizaboth and Bathurst Streets, Sydney and Melbourne.
