Sydney, April 5. 1 he High Court has granted the appeal of the prosecution against the Supreme Court's decision in the case against Juror Brown, who, in the case against Crick and Willis, told his fellow jurors that he intended to vote for acquittal no matter what the evidence. - [In this case Brown was prosecuted for violation of his oath as a juror, and the Supreme Court decided that the law provided no means of punishing him.J
