The Times, commenting on what it describes as Lord Northcole's interesting and suggestive speech, remarks that the cry '•Australia for the Australians" is very good, but it is equally good and necessary that there should be enough Australians tor Australia, ('specially since other tuitions which the whites have insisted on arousing from their quiescence now show a disposition to assert their right to expansion.
