FIRE AT PALMERSTON NORTH.

Palmkhston North, Friday. By a lire winch occurred at half-past two this morning a nine-roomed house at Terrace End, owned and occupied by Mrs. Snow, was totally destroyed. The. house was insured for £650 in the National Office; Mrs. Snow's furniture for £75 in the Liverpool, London, and Globe, and the furniture of Mit>s Horrocks, a lodger, was insured lor £100 in the same office.
