(Received December 25, 10.27 a.m.) Capetown, December 24. The High Commissioner (Lord Selborne) has sent a cablegram to the Rugby team in England, congratulating them on the splendid manner in which during their tour they have upheld the reputation of South Africa. He suggests that the New Zealand team of 1905 should be invited to visit South Africa and try conclusions with the local representatives.
