In accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901, and the Road Board Act Amendment Act, 1905, it is hereby notified that at a Special Meeting of the Papatoitoi Road Board, held in the Railway Station on Saturday. December 15th. 1906. a resolution was passed striking a Special Rate of l-9th of a penny in the £ upon all Ratable Property within the Special Rating District No. 1. being: security for the payment of interest and other charges on a, loan of £259, and that the said resolution will be confirmed at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held at 9 a.m. on SATURDAY.
