CAUSE OF HER SINKING. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. Tokio, November 27. ■" A' naval Court-martial held at Tokio exonerates the personnel of the battleship Mikasa from blame for the sinking of the vessel, which is officially attributed to the decomposition of chemicals causing an explosion.
