SALE OF MARLBOROUGH LAND.
♦ FARM AND RUN SOLD FOR £46,000; [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] [ Blenheim, Thursday. M'eadowbaxk Farm, of 1480 acres, and run, of 18,500 acres, both freehold, belonging to Mr. G. B. Richardson,, were sold to-day for £46,000. The farm was purchased by a Wellington syndicate, who intend to cut it up for closer settlement. The run was bought by Mr. R. J. Bell, of Rivcrlands. The farm and the nearest boundary of the run are within three miles of Blenheim. The price of the farm portion was £25,000.
