AUSTRALIA'S OFFER TO GREAT BRITAIN. THE THREATENED GERMAN REPRISALS. By Telegraph;— Association.—Copyright. Berlin, October 8. German exporters writing to the Berlin newspaper Dcr Blatt admit the abstract justice of Australr conceding preference to the Motherland, but censure the Germans who reside in the Commonwealth for neglecting to actively oppose the movement. One firm says, it would be difficult to efficiently ictaliate without seriously injuring the German woollen and shipping interests.
