TWO NEGROES HANGED; A SENATOR'S BRUTAL ADVICE. By Telegraph Press Association.—Copyright. New York, October 8. Two hundred masked men seized two negroes in the custody of a sheriff near Mobile yesterday and hanged them. The negroes were charged with assaulting a white woman. (Received October ,9, 9.28 p.m.) New York, October 9. Senator Tillman, speaking at Augusta, Georgia, yesterday,, advocated the giving of passports to negroes, othewise they should be placed in chaingangs, forced to leave the country, or shot. ;
