G'URiSTCHTjRCir, Saturday. The sequel to the recent disclosures made by the Cbristchurch Truth relating to the city milk supply has taken the shape of a prosecution of -*jte. «dBor» Mr. Ii 0. Huie. by the inspector of dairies, for refusing to disclose the source of the information used by the paper, and published series of articles by a. special reporter. The dairy inspector waited on the editor, and demanded the name of the reporter who made the investigations, and specific details as to the allegations made. The request was met with a flat refusal, and the prosecution is based on the ground that tho editor of the Truth refused to give information to Alexander McPherson, of Christchurch, inspector of dairies, in answer to inquiries made by him in the performance of his duties, > -
