- London, July 20. The Earl of Durham presided yesterday at the inaugural dinner of the Liberal Colonial Club, founded by Liberal Free Traders for the study and discussion of colonial questions.
The High Commissioner for New Zealand (Mr. Reeves), Lord Brassey, Colonel Bridges (Victoria), Mr. Justice Williams (New Zealand),' and most- of the Agents-General were present.
