OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL

At a meeting of the Ohinemiui County Council this afternoon the tender of Brenati and Co. at £100 was accepted for the supply of 272 cubic yards of metal on the Thames Road. The Auckland Education Board applied for a road to be made to the school at. Komata. and it was decided that, us soon as the Board obtains a suitable road the Council will take, it over and form. it. It whs decided to clear a slip that had occurred on the Alpha Road. The engineer .to instructed : to submit at next, meeting: a report on the manner in which the road maintenance conlracU are being carried out. It. was decided in obtain IOGvcU: of metal for a portion of thKataiignliake Hill track. The Council decided upon erectintr a foot bridge over the Ohinemuri River at. Mackaytown at soon as the Railway Department- informs the Council that it will have a Bug station there. .
