POST OFFICE HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS. Pbixce of Wales' niRTHDAT The Prince of Wales' Birthday. Monday, June 4, will be observed as a holiday in the Post Office. Today, June 2, there will be a full delivery of letters, and the Post Office will be open between 7 and 8 p.m. for a delivery over the counter.
