POLICE COURT NEWS.
At the Police Court yesterday, before Messrs: G. Roberts and M. J. Sheahan, J.'sP.; Alfred W. J. Kelly, a one-armed young man, was sentenced to two months' imprisonment for indecent behaviour in Hob-son-street on Wednesday.
John Dunn was also sentenced to two months' imprisonment for being found by night without lawful excuse on the premises of Mrs. Fitzgerald in Wakefield-street. Constable. Carson, who arrested Dunn, stated that he found him asleep in an outhouse at half-past one a.m. yesterday. James Kennedy, a second offender, was fined 10s and costs, or, in default, 48 hours' imprisonment, for drunkenness. Four first offenders were fined 5s and costs, or, in default, 2t hours' imprisonment. Two other first offenders who did not appear were each fined 10s and costs, and another. ordered to forfeit the amount of bail, £1, while two others were convicted■• and discharged on paying costs.
