" A case in which the assignee of a policy of insurance on the life of Henry Blake, who died in Perth last year from an explosion of dynamite he was carrying, proceeded against the Equitable Life Society for the recovery of the amount assured, was heard yesterday. The defendant society objected to payment) on the ground that Blake, when insuring, _ failed to notify the society that he was buffering from a serious disease. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff, for tiw amount claimed.
