The finals of the English amateur boxing championships were held at the Northampton Institute, Clerkemvell, on Anril 5. and resulted as follows :— Bantam weights: Ringer beat Webb. Featherweights: Milner beat Morris. Middle-weights: Murdoch beat, Smith. Light-weights: Webbs beat Collins. .Heavy-weights: Parks beat Hall. \v. Nicholson, who is better known to boxing fame as "Kid McCoy," is in Wellington just now. Nicholson wants the Wellington Association to match him against anylO-stoner in the colony. , " Mm .
