Information" has been received that Lord Kinnaird has been elected president of the National Council of the Y.M.C.A.; Mi'. Howard Williams, chairman of the British and Colonial Council; and Field-Marshal Karl Roberts, V.C.. K.C., president of the .Soldiers' Christian Association. The late Sir George Williams until his death occupied all three positions.
