Paris, February 7. The Government officials, who failed the other day to take the inventory of the furniture of Montpcllier Cathedral, effected their object yesterday.
After much opposition the police forced an entrance, and the military outside restrained an excited crowd that had gathered. The officials were then able to perform their duty.
Similar scenes of disorder have occurred at Cherbourg and Alencon.
