CONFERENCE OF STOCK INSPECTORS.

Wellington, Tuesday. During the last two days a conference of stock inspectors from the various districts of the colony has been held in Wellington, the Minister for Agriculture and the Secretary for Agriculture being also present. The inspectors present are Messrs. E. Clifton (Auckland), A. K. Blundell (Welling; ton>, W. Miller (Hawke's Bay), P. A. Eraser (Nelson and Marlborough), H. T. Turner (Canterbury), and J. L. Bruce (Otago and Southland).
