Madden, K.C.M.0.. etc. His Honor, in givim? judgment, said that whenever an article is commended to the public by reason of its jrood Quality, etc., it is not, permissible to imitate, any of its features. Up restrained the imitators perpetually from doing so, and ordered them to Pay all costs.
