REFORM FOR POLAND.
RESOLUTIONS BY CATHOLIC CLERGY. St. Petersburg, December 13. At. a meeting of 417 clergy of the Roman Catholic Church of Poland, a resolution has been passed in favour of propagating the doctrine of a Christian democracy and demanding autonomy for Poland with a' seperate parliament, the members to be elected by means of the secret ballot.
