' The court-martial oil the stranding of the repair ship Assistance, off the coast of Morocco, recently, acquitted the captain of blame for the ' accident. . - . *•, . . The Admiralty, however, . has expressed disapproval of the finding of the Court 'that'the captain had not been guili;y...or negligent navigation,, and has severely blamed the captains of the battleships Commonwealth, Hindustan, and Canopus,and of the cruiser Arrogant, for neglecting to take proper . precautions. It has removed the captain of the Commonwealth from his ship, and has suspended the other officers.. The Lords! of the Admiralty also have expressed regret that Admiral May had selected an unsafe anchorage for the Assistance. . The Assistance went 'ashore .in Tefcuaft Bay, opposite Gibraltar, and was aground for some days. Finally ,4lie was got oft' and taken to Gibraltar. . , ■
