The chairman said the proposed terms submitted by the Cricket Council had been accepted by the Melbourne Club, and the visit might be looked upon as assured. December 25, 26, and 27 were agreed to aft ho dates for the padterimry v. Otago instill. D. H. Thomson was-appointed manager of-the Canterbury team .which'goes North. It was decided to offer Wcstland the whole net proceeds, of the suggested match against Canterbury in Chriatchurch next February. .' .
