The Bloemfontoin Post announces that representative government is to be immediately granted to Orange River Colony. The present Constitution is on Grown,' Colony lines. There is a single chamber, the members of which are nominated. It has been promised that the representative institutions to be granted shall be merely preliminary to the granting of responsible government.
