The Tuberculosis Congress continues its sittings at Paris. Professor Behring, the delegate of the German Government at the Congress, has announced that he claims to have discovered a cure for consumption which is neither a . serum nor vaccine matter. His remedy, he says, is both preventive and curative. He intends to preserve the secrecy of his cure for a certain period, but promises to make a statement on the subject to the Congress on Saturday He is wiling to explain his methods and leave the members of the profession to apply the cure. A full disclosure of the remedy will not be made until next August.
