Napier, Friday. A COMPANY is in course of 'formation amongst the sheep farmers of Ha who's Isay for the purpose of purchasing the freezing and meat preserving works of Messrs. Nelson Brothers, Limited, at Tomoana. The proposed company is to be called the Tomoana Co-operative Freezing Company, Limited, with a capital of £100,000, of which £60,000 will be issued in fully paid-up shares. The new company would take over the whole, of the. buildings, machinery, plant, and business of the present company at Tomoana, together with 50 acres of land, and would undertake the freezing of sheen and rattle for shareholders and others, and also to find purchasers in Loudon. It is proposed thai, all profits after the payment of a dividend of 7 per cent, will lie divided with shareholders, on the basis of the amount of the stork frozen by each individual. Guarantees have already been given for the freezing of 100,000 sheen annually for some years. At present 15,000 shares have been allied for. "
