THE VOUCHER MYSTERY.

REPORT TO BE PRESENTED ON TUESDAY. [r.Y TRLEttRAriL-srEOIAL correspondent.] Wellington, Friday. It was intended (hat the report of the Audi-tor-General in regard to the voucher incident should be submitted to the House this afternoon, but to the disappointment of the largo number of people who thronged the galleries in expectation of another lively afternoon on the subject, the presentation of the report has been postponed till Tuesday next. A delay in the printing office is said to be responsible for the postponement. It is understood that the evidence will be laid on the table with tho report on Tuesday. In the course of a speech on another subject to-night Mr. Taylor again returned to the question of vouchers. "Why," ho said, "you cannot get a voucher without a, Royal Commission, and then sometimes you cannot get it." "Especially when it is not there," chipped in Mr. R. McKenzie, amidst, much laughter.
