ELECTION OF EDUCATION BOARDS.

L ■ [Br TELEfIEAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday. The Education Board yesterday discussed the method of electing members. Mr. Kebbell moved: " (1) That the Wellington Education Board district be divided into nine single electorates for the purpose of electing members, and (2) that members' be elected as at present by committees." ~' The first clause was carried unanimously, but Messrs. Hogg and Field, M.H.R.'s, voted against the second clause. It was resolved to forward the resolution to other boards to elicit from them their opinions. :
