One of the most useful of the Salvation Army's institutions is the Workmen's Hotel, in Wellington, which accommodates between 80 and 90 men each night. The hotel supplies an average of 800 meals weekly, many at Id and 2d each. The loss in the cheap food department is partly made up in the 6d diningrooni.
