[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.]
Wellington", Monday. William Gibson, ex-constable, was charged in the Supreme Court to-day with having committed perjury 'n connection with the charges brought against Jas. Kennedy at the Magistrate's Court on February 27. The case was similar to that brought last week against ex-Constable Howley, who was found not guilty, on the ground that it was a case of mistaken identity.
